Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We ship across the United Kingdom and Europe. Your delivery options and any costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 business days within the UK and 12–14 business days for Europe. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently deliver throughout the UK and Europe. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there. If you're unsure, drop us an email and we'll confirm.
What are the return rules?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should be returned unused and in resaleable condition. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to begin updating as your parcel enters the delivery network. You can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Which payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and other options shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers — we never store your full card details.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
For deliveries outside the UK, your order may be subject to local import VAT or customs duties set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in our prices.
