Keeping an eye on your delivery is easy.
How tracking works
- Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
- Enter your tracking number in the tracking box on this page, or paste it into the courier's tracking page, to see the latest updates.
- Please allow 2-5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating as your parcel enters the delivery network.
Tracking not updating?
It is normal for tracking to pause between scans, especially in the first few days or during international transit. If there is no movement for an extended period, or your estimated delivery window has passed, email us at support@velynhome.com with your order number and we will chase it up for you.
