Products and pricing All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions and details accurately, but slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to your screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.
Orders Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Payment Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Delivery and returns Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and your rights to cancel or return are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to VelynHome or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that were not caused by our breach. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies.
